Russia, today, In the center of Perm, a passenger bus brakes failed, causing it to ram about 15 cars and injuring 4 bus passengers. A cctv camera caught the beginning of the rampage. After passing a few kilometers , the bus smashed up 15 cars. Then the bus took off for the Permian Cathedral Square, where it nearly hit the St. Nicholas monument. At the time of the brake failure the bus was moving with a sufficiently high velocity, which explains its prolonged uncontrolled "Journey".
